Granola

2-4 cups rolled oats (depending on the amount you are making)

Instructions

In a large bowl combine first 6 ingredients mix them well.  Blend water, honey, seeds and salt until smooth.  Add blended liquid and mix thoroughly.  Spread evenly on two 9”x12” baking pans. Bake at 200o F for 3-8 hours or until crunchy.

¼ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ sunflower seeds

½ cup mixed nuts (opt.)

½ cup sliced almonds

1 cup water

¼ cup molasses

¾ cups organic honey

1 tsp pink salt
