Our bodies are made from roughly 70% water. It is a good cleaner for inside and outside the body. A glass of water acts as a bath for the digestive system, cleansing and refreshing it. Drink 16 - 32 oz of warm water upon awakening to cleanse your system. Drink water at least 15 to 30 minutes before a meal and 2 hours after a meal. Consume water only in-between meals and drink until urine is pale yellow.
